Served whole & by the section
One whole pie is 10"x14" (feeds 6-8) Our pies are cut into six sections which are served as slices. All sfincione is studded with fontina cheese and finished with pecorino and seasoned breadcrumbsPLATES
This is a representation of how our menu operates at St Vito Focacceria. We use as much local produce as possible. Everything is made in-house from scratch, and as a result, our menu changes almost daily. We believe this is a great representation of what you can expect when dining with us. The plates change, the pizza stays the same.
SNACKS
Focaccia- oregano, garlic, fennel pollen
Boquerones- catabrian anchovies
Mushrooms- rosemary, sesame
Ricotta- pistachio, olio verde
Peaches- hazelnut, lardo, lemon
Dates- n’duja, balsamic
FOR THE TABLE
Burrata- fava beans, sorrel
Artichokes- green garlic bagna cauda
Royal Red Shrimp- calabrian butter, fregola
Caesar- anchovy dressing, pecorino, breadcrumbs
Gnocchi Verdi- pork ragu, all the herbs
Risotto- saffron, sumac, pecorino
Chicken- ramp jus, preserved ramps
An automatic service charge of 20% for all in-house dining and 15% on to-go orders are added to every check. We do not accept cash payments.

We have a fun rotating list of wine, spirits, and beer.
You are welcome to bring in your own bottle of wine. We charge a $36 corkage fee per 750ml bottle.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS OR RESERVATIONS?
We offer reservations through OPEN TABLE which are released 90 days in advance at 11:00am.
We are a small space and fill up quickly, therefore we recommend walking in during the earlier or later part of the evening.
Due our limited space we ask that the dining experience is limited to 1.5 hours for tables of 2, and 2 hours for any parties of 6 or larger.
PARKING
There is a parking garage on the corner of Overton & Gleaves Street. The address is 1055 Pine Street and the first hour is free. There is also metered parking available on the surrounding streets.
PRIVATE PARTIES & CATERING
Moving forward we do not accept parties larger than 8. We LOVE to host and cater. Please reach out to us about private parties and catering.

GRATUITY
An automatic service charge of 20% is added to all dine in checks, and 15% to all take-out orders. You are welcome to add additional gratuity, but it is not expected.
